MATERIALS
LDPE – virgin low density polyethylene, complies with FDA & USDA food packaging requirements with excellent strength in cold temperatures. May need an EVA additive for freezer applications. This is traditional material for most applications.
LLDPE – linear low density, stronger than LDPE with greater puncture resistance. Also complies with FDA & USDA.
HDPE – high density, for use in retail and industrial applications such as trash liners.
BOPP – stretched polypropylene, preserves freshness with vapor and moisture barriers. A glossy, high transparency film excellent for product presentation. Think flower sleeves and snack food bags.
Pink Anti-Static – prevents static creation
Transparent Metal Shielding – Faraday Cage protection, blocking external static charge. Used for shipping open circuit boards, etc.
